In my opinion, roller skating is not as easy as ice skating. Ice skating requires the skill to learn basic movement and tricks, while roller skating is more like skiing, where you just have to learn to move forward.

Step 1: Learn how to ride a skateboard

1) Hold the skateboard in both hands.

2) Lean forward and balance yourself on your two feet.

3) Put one foot on the board.

4) Lean forward a little bit and push off.

5) As soon as you feel comfortable, try to jump. If you don’t feel comfortable, hold the board and balance yourself by pushing off your front foot and then jumping.

6) After you have mastered the basic movements, it is time to learn how to do tricks. Start by standing on one foot, then do a few flips and jumps. Try to jump higher and higher.

7) Once you have mastered the basic movements, you can start to make the advanced moves.
